In Unturned, food are some of the most important items for survival, which are needed to replenish your hunger bar. Food items have different amounts of hunger reduction- depending on their rarity; ranging from chocolate bars to MREs.

Some foods grant the consumer added effects. For example, Granola Bars replenish hunger and stamina, Canned Soup & MRE replenish hunger and thirst, and some berries cause hallucinations.
