The Ekho is a Legendary Ranged Weapon in Unturned 3. It uses Ekho Magazines, which hold 7 rounds each. It has the Ekho Iron Sights attached by default and it takes up 10 slots (5x2) in the Inventory.

Analysis:

Advantages:

• The Ekho does a great amount of damage.
• Controllable recoil.
• Holds 7 rounds.
• Accurate.

Disadvantages:

• Even though recoil is controllable, it still has a high recoil.
• Slow rate of fire.
• Very rare.
• The High Caliber Ranger Ammunition Boxes used to refill the Ekho Magazine are very rare.
• Not very durable.
• Like all bolt-action rifles, you must un-zoom to chamber in another round, which might cause you to lose track of a moving target.

Acquirement:

PEI: It can be acquired from Horde Beacons or Carepackages.

Washington: It can be acquired from Horde Beacons or Carepackages.

Russia: It can be acquired from Horde Beacons, Carepackages, or as an extremely rare spawn at Military Locations. It is most likely to spawn at Silo 22 and the Oil Rig, which ironically are both Deadzone Nodes.

Trivia:

• Nelson has confirmed that the Ekho is based on the Cheytac M200 Intervention. The only noticeable difference from the real life gun is the fact that the magazine, instead of being inserted from the bottom of the gun, is inserted from the side. The French PGM Hécate II is slightly more similar looking, but Nelson has already confirmed that it is in fact based off of the Cheytac M200 Intervention.
• It is currently the only firearm in the game to have a magazine port on the side of the receiver rather than on the bottom like the vast majority.
