In this difficulty, the default hud is changed as the percentage of health, hunger, thirst, and radiation is not displayed, therefore changing the gameplay. It takes more strikes with a weapon to take down one zombie, and they deal more damage to players as well. The amount of ammunition in your gun will not be displayed either, making it essential to press T to check on the amount of clips or magazines held. How much health your vehicle has, the amount of water in a canteen, and the amount of fuel in your jerrycan will not be shown, so you need to check in through your inventory oftenly. Hitmarkers are disabled,too.
