If I was to destroy a few vehicles on a map, would new vehicles spawn? I'm asking this because the game was very "generous" and gave me 3 firetrucks, 3 bikes and 2 police motorbikes. WHY WOULD ANYONE NEED 3 FIRETRUCKS.
That's a stupidly long and convoluted story, so I'll summarize it up as neatly as possible.
I can't remember my original usernames all too well anymore, though some of them from my early-early childhood/infancy was tman2001, or something similar. I used to play a bit of World of Warcraft during this time, and my Dwarven Hunter my older cousin and I decided to name Moltenlead.
Also at the same time, I still watched a lot of anime (okay... specifically just Naruto, but still). My older and sister and I made fan-made names similar to what are "OCs" nowadays, but this was before it was hip in communities to have an OC and stuff. It was really just a one-off thing/discussion that my sister brought up, which she had already made her "OC" name (not really OCs though since they were just us???) earlier.
I won't give her full OC's name though, so we'll just say it's Kanari. Mine was Montro Nakuta, which that last name definitely doesn't seem to be similar to "Naruto" in anyway at all in hindsight... definitely not. I've only used MontroNakuta as a username a few times though.
So, basically happened is that just the "Montro" part became what I used for a while for when I named my characters in-game, ie: my Human Mage on World of Warcraft (which existed sometime kinda-shortly after Moltenlead).
By this point, I found Roblox (apparently the name is no longer stylized all fancily :( ), but "Montro" was already taken! Curses. >:( I uh... kinda just combined Moltenlead and Montro into MoltenMontro.
Then I succeeded in life.
Then I made all dah alts! (ie: MoltinMontro, MoltanMontro, MoltonMontro...) I really didn't used Moltan and Moltin that much though, especially Moltin. I did use Molton as my main alternative account though, which became my main account very quickly after meeting my first main online homie...
that I respected far more than the other guy before him from Roblox, and excludes my main Wizard101 homie at the time 'cuz idk when Wizard101 was the big thing in my life... since it was a few times and timelines get mixed up a bit*
*skipping over most of the Roblox stuff. Story would typically have to include the mentioning of some games on Roblox (like Deadzone), the rest of the main homies from that time period, the development of Montro into an actual OC, the new main homie, Steam and games like Warframe/Terraria/RotMG/TF2/Minecraft/Unturned/etc. and yadda yadda it's a lot*
I technically went by Montro at the time still(-ish), since Molten (and by extension, Molton) wasn't actually the name of my "OC." But when I made an account called MontroNakuta to try and get the "less-respectable main homie" to say my username as "Montro," he just said "Nakuta." And, like, I guess if "Montro" was too complex for your mind I'd prefer "Molton" too, since "Molton" came first, but if "Montro" is first and less complex than "Nakuta," why would anyone call me "Nakuta!?"
Stupid humans... they never understand!
So at some point during that Roblox time period I just accepted all the other names used, ie:
Montro (super rarely but at this point everything is a nickname)
MoltonMontro (including the full name)
Moltun (I don't recall even making this as an alt on Roblox)
Moltyn (this one most definitely not)
BoltonMontro (Minecraft-era of friends, which is like the Northern Renaissance to my Italian Renaissance???)
BoltonMetro (also Minecraft-era)
On average "Molt" was used the most, which I guess is mostly-fortunate because anyone using "Molten" or "Moltren" wouldn't be seen again, whatever that implies.
*obligatory skip of Steam/TF2/Kongregate-eras, Eclipse, departure of some main homies, War of the Web, etc., to somewhere closer to Unturned-mainland*
*you have arrived at your destination*
So it technically means nothing at all! :)
EDIT: I pronounce it as both "Molten" and "Molt" + "on" now though.
There are a lot of people I am encountering over the forums who've done absolutely everything correctly to set up a server and it just isn't working for them. Last night I gave all my server files in a zip to someone else to host and it's working out just fine for them and I can connect. Only difference is they're on linux and I was setting up my server on Windows, and I am in Canada while they are in America, also they have an actual proper server, whereas I was running it on my personal computer. I don't know what the deal is because even with port forwarding and setting up all the configs right nothing worked out but it just magically works out for him. :(
The person you sent your files to most definitely didn't use Unturned Server Organizer, nor would I recommend ever using USO personally because of features locked behind a paywall that you can easily achieve if you set the server up yourself.
If you do insist on using USO, your best bet would be to talk to their team (specifically Discounter24, I'd assume) or visit their FAQs. I would also recommend using portforward.com to make sure you've port forwarded your router correctly for your specific router model.
That aside, you should be trying to run your server without the additional clutter in the Commands.dat. Make sure your server works before you fill it with stuff, and when you do fill it with stuff double-check that it is done properly (ie: you use a SteamID for the owner command). The same applies to using RocketMod plugins. Just setup a vanilla server without Rocket plugins / workshop mods / extensive config settings, only the bare essentials (name, map, port, etc), then try to join your own server using the same IP you'd give your friends.
No I have hosted a Minecraft server without any problems. I've done everything in all the tutorials and that various people have said and it still doesn't work out. Also that Mewch guy apparently couldn't get the plugins to work so he has given up and won't host the server.
I think he didn't have enough ram for MySQL apparently. As for me when I try to run it people can't connect and I don't understand why. I've tried also running a vanilla server without rocket and USO and people still can't connect to that.
Try using an IP address rather than your device name when port forwarding, and doing single port forwards rather than a port range (port forwarding three times individually, once with 27015 to 27015, once with 27016 to 27016, and once with 27017 to 27017). Try running it then, still without extra clutter in the Commands.dat of course, trying to join with the same public IP you'd give to friends to join with.
I have applied your solution and it still doesn't work. Can't connect except via lan, still won't show up in public servers list. Don't know if I should try using completely different ports or if something else is wrong.
Edit: I also tried in addition to your suggestion adding my device to DMZ and that still didn't work.
I see no reason why that would make a difference. I have also seen someone else who had same problem as me and had a static IP. So what else can you suggest? Have you actually got a server up and running btw using the instructions on the page here and also was it on Windows 10 or a different OS? Seems to me most of the people running into problems are on Windows 10.
My alternative suggestion would be to find out if your ISP is blocking those ports for some reason, or see if using alternative ports works instead when port forwarding.
You could also try increasing the timeout value in your Commands.dat, such as to 9000 temporarily, although this is unlikely to be causing the issues of not appearing in the Internet tab.

Most people, including myself, can run servers just fine. I run servers on a Windows OS. Other active wiki community members run servers on Linux just fine too, and iirc someone here runs servers on Mac just fine.
Most people running into issues recently are having issues with Mac and Linux though, not Windows OS. This is because Linux and Mac have the least support of the operating those three systems, and often run into problems either caused by a recent Unturned update or caused by Steam, such as some issues more recently involving Linux.
Have you hosted your Minecraft server recently? Does it work fine?
I suggested switching to a static IP because nobody on any forum can physically see your computer and your router and know your ISP without being you, so it's easier for me to assume that if you did make a mistake with port forwarding the incorrect IP, or an IP that was recently changed due to it being dynamic, it'd be easier in this specific scenario (as I have never directly suggested this before) to have a static IP. I ran out of generic advice when I recommended using asking on the USO community forums instead, because I assumed a faster solution may have been found there, assuming you're still trying to troubleshoot your USO server too.
Your vanilla Commands.dat works fine for me, after changing the bind command to fit the IP I port forwarded. (I also removed "pvp" since that's not a command, but nonexistent commands don't break the server either.)
Ok can you suggest me some other ports to try? I also am seriously considering asking my ISP if they are blocking it somehow. For now I'm going to try to find some random Unturned servers that use different ports than the default and then just mimic them and see if I can get things to work that way.
Hey apparently this wiki has a server. I just got on and it's set up almost exactly the way I want my server just doesn't have economy and I would get rid of the kits and instead have those load-outs for each role that I set. Do that and we have the perfect server. Would you guys be interested in making these tweaks and admining me so I can set the prices of items in the shop?
Links to the pinned server thread? I hate discord and would vastly prefer not to use that. Also I have another question what are the cheapest Unturned server hosts? All the server hosts seem to be $15 USD a month.
As for hosting this server it seems to be impossible. I've exhausted all reasonable options. It just won't work.
I changed nothing at all but today players were able to connect to my server. I have no idea why. I still only see it come up in LAN and can only connect that way but other players can finally connect.
